You couldn't get into the stadium. Bad fan experience won't get first-time fans to come back.
Risk Management is killing our opportunity to build a fan base

Yes, the 15 minute line to get into the stadium was a buzz-kill, lots of concessions everywhere but struggling mightily with the demand. It was pretty unimpressive from the execution standpoint.

that was a big problem. We have to be better on this. Some line is expected but this was crazy. the games where we have huge crowds are easy to predict - make changes for those games. Come on AD - we are supposed to be a good school with smart people.

We have been a bit spoiled in years past being able to enter the game 5 minutes before kickoff with no line. If you want a full stadium at kickoff then you need to get to the gate earlier like most big programs.

Traffic leaving was brutal as well, but that is another nice problem to have.

While I agree, weekday starts at 6 PM will naturally create the problem we had today

"They probably have never seen a crowd like this" - a mariad of different Baylor fans, wondering aloud to their buddies.

we've seen plenty of crowds like that - it was not all that full. Pretty strangely non present Baylor fans actually.

I'd say leave the Boulevard 15 minutes early. Baylor fans didn't seem to have any problems getting in their seats on time. When 10,000 people show up at Game Time there are going to be lines

Baylor fans are boring and don't drink. They had nothing else to do but come in the stadium.

The security was not the hold up at my entrance - NE corner, just south of Doak Walker statue. 3 "lines" all feeding in and 3 separate people doing security checks, but ONLY ONE person scanning tickets and the damn machine was taking 3-4 attempts to scan each ticket. We got in the line a good 20-25 minutes before kickoff, but didn't get to our seats until Matt dropped back for the first pass/TD.

I like the big lines and wait...I wish we had this problem every single game!

I got in like 15/20 minutes before kickoff and didn't get into the stadium until the first BU touchdown was scored.

I left the Blvd by the Mustang Club area 20 minutes before kickoff and was on the ramp to my seat when the National Anthem was played. 20 minutes to kickoff should be ok and 30 minutes even better. If you are afraid of missing out on drinking, just start drinking earlier.

I got in a good line 5min before kickoff and was in at the time of the first Baylor touchdown. Felt the line moved very fast for how big it was (line closest to track), still I temporairily forgot what it's like to not be the UCF ice bowl
