Where? NTSU going all in. Let's just ignore them and maybe they'll go away.

My prediction is:

1 - We see a closer final score than we would all prefer but we get the W and add a few more highlights to the recruiting reel. 42-35.
2 - Our defense continues to be frustrating to watch, not getting off the field enough as they score over 30 points on us.
3 - Our offense has a faster tempo. We see some great running stats and a few more receivers get going (like Castille, maybe Gaines) other than Sutton.
4 - We see some nice kickoff returns.
5 - No second half offensive lag like against Baylor. UNT will make their adjustments, but HCCM will put more of an emphasis on that and better play calling in the second half than last week.

We all feel good with a W and fill up the offensive stat sheets and still see, of course, lots of improvement needed especially on defense. Nice swing of the ax though.

That all seems about right - except whenever it feels like it should be a big scoring game sometimes it isn't. This is a big rivalry game for them so they will come out pumped and I would say it will take us a while to get going. I wouldn't even be shocked if we are behind in the 1st qtr. I do think we get the W and lots of folks will come on here after and wring their hands and complain cause it will be ugly.

North Texas went 4-8 last year and will probably not make a bowl for CUSA this year either. They don't have a lot of talent so this will be a good indicator of where we are. Good second game of the season to have to see where we are.

we need other Receivers to step up-Sutton is going to be the focus of all defenses from here on out. Castille and Kevin Thomas got their feet wet with a few catches. We just need to see some steady improvement through their freshman year
