I think this projected score of 61-17 is way overstated. TCU is a good team, but TCU struggled with Minnesota who certainly looked average at best on offense against them, and Minnesota struggled with Colorado State winning 23-20 last week at home. Sure, I think SMU has a way to go before we can compete with TCU, but I think SMU +37 was one of the most generous point spreads of the week. We will see..

The o/u is 63 so Vegas doesn't expect us to score at all

No way TCU covers the spread...they better be ready for a 4 quarter fight. Let's Go 'Stangs!

He almost nailed last week's score.
I hope he's way off this time around.

Great insight.

Matt Davis can ball, no question.

I agree that 61 is to be expected from a potent TCU offense.

Thinking SMU has the fire power (and head coach!) to do better than 17 against a depleted TCU defense.

TCU/Fatterson has built a reputation around great defense but SMU should score 28+ against this overrated unit.

HCCM probably can't win this game but he'll continue to demonstrate that his scheme brings points on offense.

Here's to hoping we can win a few recruiting battles to get our "jimmies and joes" on defense to match our X's and O's advantage on offense.

Great article.
