Two interesting stats from the game

We did not have a turnover. It ended TCU's nation-leading streak of 27 games with at least one takeaway. I remember one bad throw from Davis that should've been picked by #30, but otherwise he did a great job of taking care of the ball.
48,127 was the announced attendance. It was the third largest crowd in AC Stadium history.

One other stat is TOP. WE held the ball almost 5 minutes more than TCU. That allowed out D to rest. For once our D linemen were stuffing TCU O linemen in the 4th quarter. Normally they would be exhausted by then and not competitive.

genius.
The line did a great job of giving Davis time of the most part. I am very impressed by the progress of the Oline that we all thought was going to be pretty iffy.

How much of that was pass interference? A PI penalty is better than us throwing another TD to our freshman

Yeah, because our receivers were killing them, but those PI calls saved them many more yards in SMU receiving. SMU offense earned everything and more..
