Freshmen Accounted for 391 Yards Total Offense

not including 2 nice kickoff returns by Braden West and Kevin Johnson. That's our nucleus to build on

Our defensive nucleus is still in high school

We are going to be a year behind on the rebuild on the defensive side of the ball but we are way ahead of schedule on the rebuild on offense. Really astounding progress in such a short period on offense.

Especially when Morris says he has only installed 50% of his offense and most likely will not get it all in this year.

This is where that whole patience thing needs to come in.

Good catch by Thomas last night and I'm glad to see Castille starting to get more involved.

I was hoping they would redshirt Gary but we really need athleticism at DE. Don't think Gary, Eric Sutton, or Clark redshirt.

West and Jones are really good but at this point I believe West deserves a bulk of the carries. He's got that extra burst that you rarely see.
