Their QB can run but can't throw very well. He is better than the UNT QB though and there defense is okay. Probably one of the lesser teams left on the schedule.

Will the start time for that game be announced Monday?

Both the ECU and JMU QB's could throw decently.

with 2 weeks to get healthy and prepare for USF, this should be our best and maybe only shot at winning a road game this season

We are going to get this win...with 2 weeks to prepare HCCM and the team will be ready. Then we need to put 2 wins together by beating Tulsa. I think this team just needs a little more winning taste and confidence to get this going our way.

I didn't get to watch this Houston game, but looking at highlights/replays it seems like the Defense was better and if not for a couple of turnovers it would have at least gone down to the wire.

USF crapped on Syracuse yesterday. I guess Taggart is finally figuring out what to do with all that talent he's acquired down there.

USF is getting things figured out. Every team will be a challenge to us. Hopefully we can play a full 60 minutes and come out on top in a shootout.

Syracuse is awful? Uhhh. Doesn't help their quarterback has a torn achilles.
USF will roll us. They have terrible coaching but also have talent.

It's more of a response to the general feeling in this board that just because this team went 1-5 playing the top offenses in the 1) nation (TCU, Baylor, Houston), 2) in their level of competition, FCS (JMU), and 3) in their division (ECU), this team is doomed and will lose most of the remaining games. I still stand by 4-8 but I realize I may be wrong and we could lose more, or may be right and we win more than that. Relax, it will be fine. And Syracuse is junk. And yeah I realize a lot in here have been watching this program for more than 20 years and it just feels hopeless. I will continue to agree with Stallion that answers are in High school right now and that this program will finally get turned the right way. Would love to become a Boise State/TCU/BYU in the G5 within a few years and if we get to be more than that, even better.

None of that has anything to do with you insinuating that fifty thinks we should give up and close shop forever.
