The USC and maybe USC ... digs deep into their booster pockets to lure Chip Kelly back to college ... the Bradford experiment is not going to work in Philly

I don't think Chip wants to go back to college...he's an odd bird and doesn't like recruiting or having to pal around with boosters. If the Eagles continue to struggle he may be looking for a new job in a few months, though. I think he'd be best suited as an NFL coach but needs to give up the personnel control
