USC is a much better job than Texas A&M. Its a top 5 job-if not the top job in the Country. They are just suffering from post probation effects of the scholarship restrictions

There's no question USC is a better job. I don't see Sumlin and his twangy accent working out there.

taking over a program on probation that lost 30 scholarships is an uphill climb-that's why Sarkesian was able to get the job. Most every national powerhouse that has gotten those type of scholarship losses has taken a hit on the back side. Of course, a program like USC can overcome some of that-see SMU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St, Clemson, Auburn, Miami, USC, Penn St. probations over the last 30 years or so
