JMU hoping to be invited to join CUSA and move up to FBS. With CUSA sitting at an uneven 13 teams and with Old Dominion and Charlotte having recently joined their eastern division, it makes sense and I would expect it to happen. Arkansas State might be another candidate for CUSA, if a move from SunBelt to CUSA would be considered a "move up" for them.

The only FCS level team I'm confident we could schedule and possibly beat would be a confusing game...because we can't schedule ourselves.
