The USF Model

Someone asked about SMU following the USF model. They had a lot of true freshmen start a key position last year and this year. An example would be that their starting RB was a true freshman last year and their starting QB is a true freshman this year. Taggert continues to nail it on the recruiting trail.

4* WR Darnell Salomon is headed to #USF. The wheels continue to roll in the right direction for Taggart & the Bulls.

Are you calling recruiting over and playing a more talented younger player a "model"?

Since the original "Model" post was mine, I will agree that recruiting over and playing a more talented younger player should be our model. Frankly, we don't really have a choice and already made the move on offense at most of the skill positions. Once the OL turns over and Davis graduates, the offensive transformation will be complete. On defense, we could really use a H Walker trade.
