Whatever. Looks like they were airbrushed on the side of a van.

If you're telling me you wouldn't use that van as your shaggin' wagon then I don't respect your opinion anyway.

Not me. I loved our uniforms from our day. Prefer the Pony Express uniforms. But kind of like some of the special ones. I do think we should pick something and stick with it only doing the jacked up ones for special occasions, but other than that I am not a stick in the mud. Just stay off my lawn.

I love the helmets but it raises a question:
How can teams wear helmets that differ somewhat substantially from each other? I'd say this is more substantially different than, say, Alabama's helmets with individual numbers. Some of these helmets have more gray/brown/light blue than others - what's to stop teams from wearing different color helmets at different positions?

PoEx is (by far) the best uniform in college football and we screw around and come up with the cheesiest, non-descript carp. SMU's alternate uniform czar is [deleted] we-tod-did.

I'm not sure where they draw the line. Maybe Navy got a waiver or something. Here is the applicable rule. It leaves a lot of gray area.
Specifications: Mandatory Equipment
ARTICLE 4. a. Helmets. 1. The helmet must be fitted with a facemask and a secured
four- or six-point chin strap, all points of which must be secured whenever the ball is
in play.
2. Helmets for all players of a team must be of the same color and design.

I was wondering the same thing.
My idea: the AAC should adopt a rule allowing both teams (if they want) to wear their home jerseys at every game unless there is a real problem (two blue teams) with identification.

Does any of this surprise anyone? Coming from the same people who gave the courage award to a tranny.
