If we find similar success as Houston with Chad Morris, how much do you think we would be willing to pay to keep him?

$2.5 million buyout if before 2/2017. $2.25 million before 2/2019.

Reduced buyout related to indoor practice facility:
$2.5 million buyout to be reduced by 25 percent if the planned $20 million indoor facility project is not approved by the Board of Regents by Sept. 1, 2016
$2.25 million buyout to be reduced by 50 percent if construction of the indoor football practice facility is not at or near completion by Dec. 1, 2017
reduced by 75 percent if not moved into facility by Dec. 1, 2018

Technically it's not a P5 conference. It's being in a conference with annual TV revenue >$20million per member.

That's an awesome buyout and bonus setup.

CM $2M + $2M = $4M

TH $1.35M + $2.8M = $4.15M

Safe to say, if CM has meaningful success next season, he probably deserves $3M annually minimal, assuming we can retain him.

As for P5 incentives, we would be wise to offer him $20M (if structured properly)

They are:

But as I pointed out to them Houston has been down this road before and was smart enough to get in front of it this time.

This is a great setup as it keeps the school on track with facilities upgrades
