Technically it's not a P5 conference. It's being in a conference with annual TV revenue >$20million per member.

That's an awesome buyout and bonus setup.

CM $2M + $2M = $4M

TH $1.35M + $2.8M = $4.15M

Safe to say, if CM has meaningful success next season, he probably deserves $3M annually minimal, assuming we can retain him.

As for P5 incentives, we would be wise to offer him $20M (if structured properly)

But as I pointed out to them Houston has been down this road before and was smart enough to get in front of it this time.

This is a great setup as it keeps the school on track with facilities upgrades
