It's worth pointing out that Rhule grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Penn State - I believe it's the only job offer he would take to leave Temple. His wife is a dietician TU and he has been there nine years now, with them taking a chance on him and doubling his salary last year to $1.5 after a 6-6 season.

They seem to have someone who is able, reasonably loyal, and happy. Good for them.

He'd go somewhere else other than Penn St if he thought he could be a good fit there. His contract also includes facility a upgrade commitment.

Good for Temple. Thought for sure Rhule and Memphis' Fuente would be gone after the season. Was never sure about Herman either way. It turns out only Fuente.

They need that on campus stadium. Don't fill the Linc well enough for most games and the Linc and Eagles [deleted] on them by putting 0% effort in on game day presentation.
