Kinda sad. Kid is out partying during bowl week. Probably the last night out without a curfew and some jerk starts words. Alcohol clouds the kids judgment and next thing he knows, his whole career is in jeopardy. It potroblay happens a lot more than we know and most the time the cops are cool about it. I have seen drunk athletes get out of hand (track and field, not football). The cops have to do what is necessary at the scene but then are cool about it at the police station. Guess Boykin went a bit too far

But I thought Boykin helps little children and was a Boy Scout and walks little old ladies across the street and is researching a cure for cancer? Guess the facade has fallen.

This is the precursor for a storied career in the NFL- he still can murder someone - choke and drown dogs - beat the dickens out of his wife until she's a bloody pulp - snort a half a pound of cocaine - and eventually get fittings for his yellow jacket.
He may not play out at TCU but he'll still make the NFL

Fatterson will probably still let him play if he is not locked up.

They'll just say he'll serve his suspension next year...

Overreact much?
The criminal justice system in Bexar County will resolve this incident. Unless he has a history of violence (or seriously injured someone), he will probably get some sort of probation.
1 incident doesn't turn him into Rae Carruth.
