The mysterious, mythical IPF. Should be #1 in the world x 3, if it lives up to the Ponyfans hype. Rumor has it, it's going to cost 1 BIIIIILLLLLION dollars!

I have never seen any details except that it's a gregorian brick building with a football field inside. In the end, that's all you need right?

It's a legitimate question and I hope someone such as SMT responds.

If it was just an indoor practice facility, we could have funded one for $6M-$8M several years ago.

USC's was $70M and built 4 years ago.

It is interesting that we talk way more about its cost than its features or amenities. I dont't care if it costs 50million or 500k as long as it serves its purpose.
