Budget cuts to the uniform budget?

I don't care if they get uniforms from Goodwill as long as they win a few games

I knew there were Liberty and Justice, but I didn't know Mrs. T. Boone Pickens gave us two more.

Idiocracy

Points for the 4 horsemen theme, but marks for poor execution on design.

I will expound:


Things you did good:

Theme: Great idea.

Peruna: You used the correct pony logo.


Things you did bad:

Colors: SMU's current colors are PMS 186 and PMS 286, the colors shown are not even close.

Typeface: Do not feel too bad on this one, because our own athletic department struggles with consistency on typeface (see number typeface from blue football jerseys to red and/or white football jerseys.)


Notes on each uniform:

White Uniforms "Conquest": Looks like a uniform I would see a MAC team wear during a Tuesday night game on ESPN.

Black Unifroms "Death": James "Boobie" Miles would approve, me not so much.

Gray Uniforms "Famine": I hope the decal is supposed to reflect a shiny material and not an actual gradient.

Red Uniforms "War": Can't use these, Texas Tech has dibs on all "make your eyes bleed" red uniforms.

How many uniform threads will there be this year?

It's only the start of April so there's plenty of time left.

If there is realignment, would our uniforms change?

Gosh. I got all excited for a moment. I thought maybe someone had done something with SMU historic backs such as Mason, Shuford, Wilson. and Walker, or Rote, Dickerson, James, and Dupard although admittedly those named played over many years rather than in the same backfield.

For all four members of the same backfield I suppose you'd have to name the members of the 1935, 1949, 1950, or 1982 teams.

Its a silly season with no news from spring practice and what, one -hundred and fifty-one days until we play at Denton.

I was kind of thinking this too. Each horse would represent an icon from a respective SMU era. Like I said, the theme could be really awesome.
