Good riddance perhaps the insurance company/government will do what the corrupt NCAA won't!

Americans despise attorneys, this is well documented and understandable.

But for all their criticisms, many absolutely warranted IMO, I have always maintained there is another side to this argument.

Our judicial system and our attorneys are many times at the forefront of exposing injustices and implementing necessary changes. Not because of any sense of morality, but fear of financial judgements.

So in this particular incident, good for the attorneys for exposing the fraud that was Papa Joe.

How many children [deleted] raped in the team bathroom need to come forward to cause:
1) PSU fans to have any shame; and
2) Paterno Fans to admit he did ANYTHING wrong?
