Okay...so the way this is written, it sounds like we can finally see what will happen when a big boy is punished under the "new rules," self-imposed stuff be damaned. Academic fraud and a whole bunch of other stuff. What does 4 Level I's and a Level II warrant?

Relatively light compared with our basketball hit. 11 vs our 7(+2) scholarships... That's cute.

My take as both an Ole Miss fan and an SMU fan: Never cooperate with the NCAA. Most of the crap they have came straight from Ole Miss dropping its drawers and grabbing its ankles in an effort to "cooperate" with the NCAA.

Same can be said about our basketball sanctions: The NCAA never would have known about it if we hadn't handed them everything and said "Please be nice to us".

I've been told by several people who would know that, when the NCAA showed up to investigate Cam Newton's recruitment at Auburn, the investigators came in and sat down and one attorney representing Auburn met with them... the NCAA went into a spiel about "cooperation" and a bunch of other BS and the Auburn attorney just responded with "[deleted] prove it." and ended the meeting... and, as we all know, Auburn walked away from that smelling like a rose. Why? Because they didn't give the NCAA a damned thing.

In dealing with any Criminal/Civil matter, ALWAYS remain silent, and ALWAYS let your attorney speak on your behalf...it is the reason Stallion exists, and why he is well compensated.
