94 said the Big 12 would never take Memphis. but he also told us not to worry about NCAA bball sanctions. I dont know what to believe.

I would not be surprised if the Big XII went ahead and added Cincinnati and Memphis. Two decent markets and two solid all-around sports programs with new markets with the possibility to improve once they are in P5.
