Our Future Defensive Line Will Be Tough To Contend With

The 16' and 17' classes have some good defensive line prospects in it imo. And in a 4-2-5 if you can get just one dominate defensive lineman to put pressure on the QB it can make the entire defensive work to a high level of efficiency as seen at TCU and somewhat at OSU. We have a few that seem to fit that description if they develop well. The future looks bright if we can hang on to the lineman we have in this class.

Watching recruiting with this staff is certainly a lot more fun.

Watching football with this new staff will soon be even more fun.

The offense already is.

WRs and RBs are. Let's wait to celebrate the line and QB until one exists consistently and the other passes consistently.

Agreed. But remember that we had a low bar to compare to, and the phrase "more fun" is relative. But even with at shortcomings, I enjoyed watching last year's offense more than the last 3-4 years of June's offense.

Very true. This year should be good, but 2017 could be lots of fun. I took the SMU athletics survey yesterday, my comments were less "Sandstorm" by Darude during football, and to keep Chad Morris.
