Nice. Love it if Temple is really down this year. But Tulane loss is acceptable since it was vs a P5 opponent.

'Almost' is the key word there.
Memphis will beat Kansas this week. I think we have a snowballs chance against Baylor. The AAC could do alright again, to tell the truth.

Currently our W-L record is better than both Oklahoma and LSU.

USC was pathetic - zero defense and no continuity on offense. They brought a huge crowd to JerryWorld but in no way shape or form lived up to their blue blood status. Their fans seemed nice and as the game went on they became understandably realistic about the weaknesses of the PAC - and they complained about their band (which made me laugh!). If Chad can continue to recruit at the levels he has been, by next year (with a healthy team) we CAN easily hang with teams like USC, the year after that I think we can start upsetting these squads. Hate away...

Love the trending (incorrect) Twitter meme
thousands of tweets that the Texas schools went undefeated this week and a bunch of NTSU fans crying
"Nah uh-North Texas lost- don't we count"
Twitter Universe: "oh yeah forgot about them"
CRY FOR RELEVANCE
(BTW Rice got [deleted] by WKU -proving you can't trust everything you read on the internet)

Much harder non conference schedule for the AAC in week 2 with five games against P5 schools:
UCF @ Michigan
Cinci @ Purdue
NC State @ ECU
Lamar @ Houston
Stony Broook @ Temple
Tulsa @ Ohio State
SMU @ Baylor
N. Illinois @ USF
Southern @ Tulane
