Were they showing /playing Littrels presser on the video board in the background?

Seems he wanted to say he was unhappy with the way they played but kept it somewhat positive.

Yes. They did that two years ago, and it was loud enough to wake the dead. When Littrell's press conference started, it wasn't that loud .... until they turned it up, at which point we all crept closer to Chad Morris, and he was nice enough to speak up. After Littrell's press conference was over, we thought we were in the clear, but they then broadcast the press conference with a couple of players — also extremely loudly.

The idea of playing a press conference for the fans is not unique, and there is logic to it .... except for the fact that every single UNT fan was gone. The entire population of the stadium while we were trying to hear Morris over the P.A. system was: media, cleanup crew, security and SMU PR. That's it.
