Yeah, even last year we put up 21 and we left at least 10 points on the field. We are definitely covering this spread and we will push Baylor late into the 3rd quarter IMO. I just want to keep it close until the end and not give up a couple of trash TD's in the 4th like we did against them and TCU making the scores look way less competitive than the game actually was.

We cover the spread and score at least 20. Prediction BU 49-24.

No. I don't need rehab - SMU OL vs Baylor DL: SMU Their DL is not very big (our DL is bigger) and doesn't have a ton of experience. If we can get the running game going, they don't have the depth to throw at a #TEMPO offense. Although I think more highly of their other defensive units, we are going to score a lot of points if we get good QB play from Hicks/Colbert/Davis and the OL is adequate.

The bad news - if Seth Russell stays upright, they are going to score against us - a lot.

Day game with no overnight hotel stay needed, I am guessing yes. Not many other close away games, with the exception of Tulsa and Tulane.

Band usually does all Texas games. Don't know about Oklahoma or Louisiana games.

Before the season started, I thought we could keep this competitive but now I don't think so. I think Baylor is playing with a chip and we caught them last year with a new coach/at home/hyped as hell and they couldn't have cared less. Jumped on them early, although we DID hang with them for 3 solid quarters (showed some resiliency early which was cool to watch - I just rewatched the game).

So, having said all that, I hope I'm wrong but final score is 52-24. I DO think we'll be able to run on them a little bit though. But their offense is going to kill us. Our players are going to have to play hype as hell, Morris is going to have to coach the game of his life, and Hicks is going to have to play with poise beyond his years (Matt's scrambling/running ability last year kept many many of our drives going) to keep this thing within 3 TDs IMHO.
