FS1 performs about as well as ESPNU for ratings. Not a bad showing in a very crowded 2:30 time slot on a low output network. Given the competing games on ABC, NBC, and CBS alone I expected less even before ESPN2 and ESPNU cut into it.

It would be important to test our ratings vs FS1 ratings for the same time slots.

Games on Fox Sports are usually longer than other tv games, enormous amount of commercials.
