One win for a Bowl

The good news for the Ponies is we need one win for a bowl game. The bad news is that USF is 8-2 and Navy is 7-2. Both games are home games, which do we have the best chance of beating?

Go Ponies!

The kiss of death. We have "0" advantage playing at Ford Stadium.

Still advantageous in the sense that at least it is not a home game for our opponents and our players will be playing in the comfort of their own stadium with their own locker room, etc.

This is typically when Lucy pulls the ball away from Charlie Brown

We've clinched bowl eligibility at home before, with one game to play, Negative Nancies. And think, I bet this time we will even try to practice for Navy--June's staff didn't believe in preparing for the Triple Option because it was a one-time offense and never was a "penciled win" of them.

To be fair to JJ we looked very bad last year against them as well and have even going back to the '02 home opener against them. I think we match up better against USF even though they are probably the better overall team. My only hope for Navy is we can get out to an earlier lead (which we usually do) and can keep scoring.

Why can't we dress in each game to honor our opponents ? Just like we did against Army. That should confuse USF and Navy to give us our edge. Rah, Rah, and Pony Up team that is dressed sorta like our beloved Mustangs.

Would recommend against dressing out as Army for the game against the Naval Academy...

How about those T-shirts that make the person wearing them look like they have a "Hot" female bikini body. If our Ponies wore them, would a midshipman/pre-gentlemen dare tackle us ?

Who can we outscore? I say Navy is the best hope. Have to limit 3 and outs. Mustangs can do it. Think Houston and be confident.
