Just saw the score of their bowl game and did not realize that they were even in one. How does a 5-7 team make a bowl anyway? They are now 5-8 and are awful.

Yes, they go 5-7 and won a participation ribbon. I guess this douche-clown felt he needed to parade such a monumental accomplishment. ...that'll show those SMU guys who's boss!!! LOL.
Can't wait to whip their [deleted] again next season.

yeah but remember APR is really a delayed 4 year window-you are really looking at the scores based on about 2012-2015 which was mostly June Jones responsibility. I haven't seen much indication that we have any academic issues since Chad came on board, Team GPA is reportedly at its high point.

Army not only Beat Navy, but they finished with eight wins and were playing very well at the end of the season. So, you have to give North Texas State mean green Eagles or whatever... some credit, they actually looked a lot better than when we played them at the beginning of the year. North Texas State also got valuable practice time going into the bowl season, which gives their younger players a big jump going into spring practice.

Never seemed like the extra practice time helped during our bowl seasons while Tiki was here. Maybe because of his "flag football" approach?

Not to be negative, but we also go absolutely prison raped by a couple of bowl teams as well.

UNT's APR is a real accomplishment. Too bad when they graduate they they get those baristas jobs at Starbucks.
