For those of you who haven't been out to practice this week, let me tell you that Jay Taylor looks like the real deal. He is a mini-Moss with great hands. There is no doubt that he has amazing skills, and should be tremendous complement to Comet, Cardwell, Freeman and Ford.
If you get a chance, check out #15.

Can't wait to see him. I've also heard that Trey Griffin is every bit as fast as advertised, although shorter than many people were led to believe. And I gather Cedric Vinson looks like a real player. Between them, Comet, Cardwell, Freeman, Billy Ford, Hampton .... are there going to be enough balls to go around? Poor Kris Briggs - the coaches must be tempted to throw the ball on every play.

Are you guys thinking that there will be several freshman who dont redshirt including these guys? I cant see Marcus Walker or Don Stansbury redshirting either. Its a catch 22 with Stansbury cuz we are stacked at linebacker but to me he looks like a guy who could be an impact player on special teams. God knows we need to be better on special teams that we have the past two years anyway.

I gotta agree. I watched practice on Tuesday and Stansbury seemed to be working out with Belin at lineback. But I was immediately impressed with this guy. His footword was good and he made all the drills look easy. The guy is cut from granite too. You can just tell he is going to be an impact guy, probably sooner than later.
