recruiting should be higher but everything else seems about right...
i also dont think normal fans care as much about revenue growth as the other criteria.
you think new mexico state, charlotte, and utep fans are really happier about their programs than we are??? i can't imagine...

How could Tulane fans be number 40 on this list? Fat, drunk and stupid? maybe its been so long they just expect to suck, and we still have hope and expectations?
