At least four Mustangs made the roster for the Saints. Maybe Zach makes the practice squad.

Does anyone know whatz up with Zach?

Seemed like a solid role playing NFL player and now two teams have cut him.

Did his off-season surgery/rehab not go as well as expected?

He's an UFA who had a 3-year NFL career, there is no shame in that, it's actually quite an accomplishment.

I believe 3 years is the typical NFL career of ALL players today.

And he plays a position not every team uses or uses sparingly.

Shame? Hardly! He probably went farther than 99% of players that ever put on the pads!

If it's over for him, he has a lot to be proud of.
