Chad grew up around here. I think he watched SMU football growing up. His Dad was a fireman in Richardson , I remember. Could be wrong.
SMU, really needs to treat him right. Money, yes but how about a thank you, pat on the back, a big smile for someone that is doing a hard job and doing it right. No shortcuts like prison players, or druggie players, just teaching young men to be real, honest, hard working , honorable representatives of SMU.
After being around the coaching staff, they are a continuation of this wholesome, truthful approach. And one more thing. DRIVEN and FOCUSED.
