Thank you for posting. I had never seen the press box angle on this one - or some of the other plays from this game (Wolf was in the backfield?). Someone in other thread indicated that this was on TV at the time.

That was the great Merle Harmon on the call at the opening kick. He was a Raycom then HSE announcer, and did a bajillion SWC games. It was most likely a regional game that week.

Such a great night. Loudest reaction ever from the West Ownby stands, that would put any Ford crowd sound to shame.

I was in bed watching and my girl friend was asleep. When the final play occurred, I screamed and slapped the bed and she thought we were being attacked.
