Outside of a low P5 school (e.g. Kansas), we aren’t losing Chad and he will sadly probably keep Van.

I could easily see a good position coach at a mid to high level P5 school coming to be the DC here knowing that Morris will probably get the P5 bump in the next 1-2 years.

I have very little doubt CM makes a DC change. Although its been years back, he has let a DC go before! Not sure who will get the job or when. CM is responsible for the 6-5 record, and Im sure he knows what he needs to do.
