So I guess it’s safe to assume that most or maybe all of the 2018 commits and recruits are gone 5 seconds before Morris is announced as head coach, right?
So now we have to start way over... Great!!

two steps back. not only likely to have to start over but also with a 'second level' coach as most of the really good ones have already made a change.

Fat Bert could recruit, so if I'm Morris I'm looking at his recruits right now rather than his own. A top 50 recruiting class at SMU is reason to jump for joy - and it would have been for Baylor considering the position they were in when they had only one recruit - but it will get you fired at Piggy U.

FWIW, someone on twitter reported that one of the recruits is committed to SMU. 1/18 taken care of!

I believe that was Cameron Phillips one of the better DB commits-he was kind of shaky though this summer. Too early to tell until we get a Coach
