Don't you think hiring a top coach that is successful means they'll go elsewhere if they're successful?

No. The only way we have proven to be successful in not losing coaches to top programs is to hire bad coaches. Any good coach will soon leave us for a better opportunity. Just get a good one, win, rinse and repeat.

so you want a coach who has jumped 2 gigs after 1 year-and eventually will be an SEC/p5 Coach. Nope-all we'd be doing is screwing up 2 straight recruiting classes
