You all crucified me last week. But it's done now. How many of you are going to shell out money to watch this program put in half effort at best?

What hire would have made you keep your tickets?

didn't have any to begin with. Not worth it when you can buy a ticket for $2 and sit on the 50 95% of the games.
More importantly, the number that is cancelling basketball tix because of SMU's money grab is more concerning

Was CM at half effort, full effort or 80% effort?
If he was at Full effort and could only get to 7 wins over bottom feeders without beating any marquee names was that OK with you?
How 'Bout we give a chance to your proclaimed "Half Effort" coach that beat the Texas Longhorns in 2015 and then again in 2016 (ranked #11 at the time)?
Or perhaps the "Half effort" of his LA Tech team that beat 3 power 5 teams in one year, including Ole Miss?
When did we last beat 3 Power 5 teams in any year? 1984?

I am NOT telling any of you what to do in the least. I am just finished watching this program make choices that tell us that losing is ok.
I honestly don't know if we will ever get to where we need to be.. a ranked team who is a contender for the conference title EVERY year.
And losing to Navy is embarrassing and should NEVER be tolerated.

Fans, as players, should commit to the school not the coach. You do not have to like the hire but if you are walking away from the school because of it you were not a fan to begin with.

Not me, I'll keep mine. Canceling them because you don't like the coach (before he even steps foot on campus) seems kinda short-sighted to me.

Well that’s one opinion of another opinion.

Not sure why hiring a guy who was pretty darn good at La Tech but made a poor choice to go to Cal where the athletics department is dysfunctional is a sign that losing is ok.
Also not sure you even follow CFB if you think Navy should be an auto win. They've had just one losing season in the last fifteen years and have several wins against schools like Notre Dame, Pitt, Wake Forest, Missouri, Stanford, Rutgers, and Vanderbilt.

So, it looks like we might have 14,992 next year instead of the usual 15,000 fans in attendance.

yeah fans don’t have any leverage anyways.

I remember when Larry Brown was hired and many said he was too old, washed up, a bad hire. Well the deed is done, maybe this will be better than CM. I like to see the new coach poach some Arkansas commits who don't like what they hear about CM. that be fitting.

Keeping my tickets for next year.
Might be a good change of pace .... And a guy that wants to win and not just show off an offense.
With an average D we would have won 3 more games.
Think dont emote.

Keeping mine. To do otherwise is very short-sighted in my opinion.
