Strength coach

The Twitterverse is full of reports that Kaz Kazadi, whose previous stops include Arizona State and Baylor, is headed to SMU. If memory serves, he was a candidate whenTrumain Carroll got hired.

At he height of the revelations it was speculated that the strength and conditioning coaches have the most direct contact with the players and were the ones most involved with the cover up. A big fat noooo to anyone, especially the S&C coaches, associated with that dog sh$t university.

There was no evidence that he had anything to do with the coverups. Because of that fact, he was one of the few people on the football staff who was allowed to keep working at Baylor. The only reason he left - Matt Rhule brought in his own guy.
While there were a lot of bad apples at Baylor (Briles 1.0 and Briles 2.0), I seriously doubt the S&C had any role in covering up the assaults.

There's a difference between "covering up" and knowing something was going on but doing nothing about it. How could he have been on the staff, that close to those guys for those years, and not known the stories that were being circulated? Not guilty of actually covering up, but guilty of standing by and doing nothing about it.
