Good thing Baylor has such a great Title IX enforcement team so they can properly handle incidents like this!!!!

But will anything happen to them by law enforcement, and or NCAA?

Problem solved

Of course the NCAA won't see this as a "lack of institutional control" as it did not involve SMU and/or Larry Brown. Wide spread criminal activity by the student athletes and lackadaisical response by the administration pales in comparison to helping a high school kid pass a course.

The number is up to 4 players now I’ve heard.

Baylor will say that since rape is open to all Baylor students and not just athletes, it’s outside the NCAA’s jurisdiction.
