What does it stand for?

Triple D refers to the old City of Dallas logo. It is a capital letter D made with three concentric lines. To some it appears as three letters instead of the one. If you grew up in Dallas through the 80s and 90s you would have seen this logo everywhere. Some local rappers took to calling the city Triple D as a result. See the red GIF Sonny uses for his tweets - it has the Triple D Logo.

Been posted before. Proper for triple is Dallas-Desoto-Duncanville. Urban dictionary would probably say Dirty Dirty Dallas.
