A lot of us think Jordan Wyatt, if healthy, had a chance to get drafted. I think so, anyway.
Anyone else with a realistic chance? I'll say Pursley (as a guard).
Not sure about anyone else.

I could see Hicks going early if he has a big season.

Small college QBs who struggle to complete 55% of their passes don’t go anywhere.

This reminds me of the dozen or so geniuses who lambasted McCown when he was here.

I think Cavan was his biggest critic although I remember thinking he struggled throwing the deep ball. Never seemed to lead his guy away from the defender in wide open one on one situations. He's obviously enjoyed a nice journeyman NFL career. Credit to him. I wonder what he might have to say about Cavan in retrospect.

I have to assume Cavan destroyed his confidence. McCown could go 19 for 20, and Cavan would yank him out of the lineup if a wide-open receiver dropped a pass that hit him right in the hands.

I remember one play in particular when we had something like 3rd and 8 and McCown rolled left, had daylight for 20 yards or more toward the sideline and it appeared he could have easily jogged for the 1st down to keep a scoring drive alive but instead threw across his body back towards midfield incomplete. Cavan jumped him good on the sideline and Josh appeared to slump into a pity party on the bench. Might have been the beginning of the end for that relationship.
