To say the loss of the team’s top two receivers won’t alter the passing game would be ridiculous. Trey Quinn and Courtland Sutton accounted for 182 receptions and 25 receiving touchdowns. Out of all other players who found themselves on the receiving end of any passes, James Proché had 40 receptions; the rest of the team accounted for 61.

The passing game will be one of many areas of focus when the Mustangs' preseason camp begins this week.

Thank you for the update. A fast start up will be key to playing well in Denton. I am confident that this staff will get the best players on the field, but how fast can they figure that out.

We all know we are going to pass, lets pray we also catch!

True. I hope Proché is ready. He needs to come up big.

Most importantly, we need the Oline to do their job and give Hicks time/open holes for X.

Passing game could be pretty limited, at least through non-AAC games

Take what they give you and more tight end involvement sounds refreshing to me
