You're thinking government work. It is an impressive facility given that Northwestern is to the big 10 what Rice was to the SWC.

When my folks lived in Chicago in the 70s they were fortunate to get tickets to some Northwestern games when they had the longest losing streak in the nation. Every game was a sell out. They at least draw fans and they have done pretty well in the not too distant past.

Maybe if the Cubs were a Dallas team we could have had that fan base. Chicago loves their losers.

honestly, even on non-union jobs, construction (industrial) in the gulf coast averages 34% time on tools...

I think University of Chicago was to the Big Ten, what Rice was to the SWC.
