Of course the Big 12 did...to expect integrity you have to go to the Big 10...errr...SEC...no, wait a minute...PAC ...nope...

The only integrity in college sports is self imposed by an individual. To expect legislative compliance is absurd.

This is not about the Big 12 "clearing" Baylor. The purpose of this conference review was simply to confirm Baylor has indeed acted on the third party go forward recommendations.
