Who's coming up to UConn?

So I'm living up here in Boston and have no real other chances to watch the Ponies this year, except at the University of Connecticut which is only about an hour away, so I'm going to go on over on Saturday with the girlfriend and watch us run all over the Huskies. I plan on setting up early and doing some tailgating if possible.

Anybody coming up, or over, and interested in doing the same?

Mrs peruna81 is currently in Boston for work, but will have to be in Florida on Saturday... so sadly the game this week is a no-go.

Watching and rooting from the casa...

In verbal and written English, the word “so” has multiple functions. It can act as an adverb, a conjunction, a pronoun, an adjective, or an interjection depending on the context.

It also can function to give the listener the feeling that a dear friend is continuing a conversation.

Go to Pepe’s Apizza in West Hartford to eat after the game.

Not an easy trip from DFW. Add in 40 degree temps and strong winds; plus we are heavily favored which means we will win big....very low upside compared to our division clinching victory party in Tulsa!!!

Yes. I know this.

I have an undergraduate degree in Literature from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. I also have a Master of Liberal Studies from the same university, and am currently studying Philosophy at Boston University, which includes Linguistics.

But I decided to speak to ya'll as human beings watching a football game, not Noam Chomsky.

Hope to see some people at the game. I will be hitting up the UConn board for advice.

I’m in Newport for training and will drive over to the game Saturday. What section is everyone sitting in? I see 135 is the assigned section from the SMU ticket page...but those seats are in the corner and I am going to go out on that limb and suggest there won’t be exceptional turnout! Would love to meet up before in the lot.

So it looks like the weather won't be too bad Saturday in Storrs.
