Posted: Mon Nov 26, 2018 10:37 amKnow the Fedora family pretty well...there were folks telling him that UNC was not a place to go. His Southern Miss teams were capable and tough...his Tar Heel teams were anything but.
He is actually a good coach, and well thought of here in Texas. I could see him catching on again somewhere fairly soon.
Mack is a good coach, and had a goof run there many years ago. He will be an adequate "interim" until bigger fish are available.

People must realize that Edsall recruits made MD a formidable team this year that should have beaten Ohio State losing in OT on a blown 2 point pass to a wide open receiver. In addition, he had the MD commitment of Ohio State's current starting QB who left after he was fired. Unfortunately, UConn is not a draw and he may or may not be able to bring it back to respectable.
