Name a P5 program off the top of your head- and chances are they've offered him. Unless somethings changed very recently, he's turned them all down.

Hogs get a QB we want to move on, we get one of the most coveted transfer QBs on the market--and had our choice of them. Totally not committed.

If SMU paid market rate, it'd ensure unaffiliated public websites for fans to discuss the program had that button.
