SMU football head coach Sonny Dykes, running back T.J. McDaniel and linebacker Pat Nelson met the media after the Mustangs improved to 3-0 with a 47-17 victory over Texas State.

So why did Nelson bail so early? Guy had a pretty special night and is having a great season so far. His way of saying "T.J., this is your night?" Just a really humble guy who doesn't want the spotlight??

He appeared to react to someone opening a door and possibly calling him over.
