Matt Brown with his weekly writeup puts Cal at 25, while the AP has Cal at 23 and TCU at 25.
I asked him:
So... Cal barely beat unt, who were beaten handily by SMU the week before. If an undefeated SMU somehow manages to win at TCU next week, you will rank them, right?
His response: @Jason B. Honestly, probably yes.
