TCU doesn’t really challenge us, and if you win everyone says of course, if not, its a disaster. Seems like a no win for us now and hurts our strength of schedule. I think we should drop them and replace them with Alabama (sarcasm off).

Sonny & Patterson could bring some class to the rivalry. It’s a good game for us. We play a strong P5 team, minimal travel and helps recruiting the DFW area. It helps if we start playing better and winning.

Haha, good one. Over on their boards they’re having meltdowns about playing us and there’s a thread where they all chime in on how much they don’t like us and how much they don’t consider us a rival — methinks they do consider us a rival and are just mad they got beat.

I had heard the series has been extended for another 10 years but I haven’t seen anything official yet. They probably don’t want to play us here next year — with Buechele and our entire OL back and them losing a ton of contributors, we’ll probably be favored.

If it happens, the next Game at Ford will be the 100th meeting

My point was unlike the animosity Patterson has previously displayed towards playing us, he displayed more class than usual. I assume the reationship with Dykes helps.

This is much better for us that UTSU game.

I agree and he probably respect Dykes and thought June was a bum (very true). Yes TSU is useless!
