SOS is not the issue. According to Sagrin, SMU SOS is currently @ #63. Arkansas is #149
Hard to envision him getting the starting job back from Starkel at this point...

I'm a little surprised. I get they loaded the OOC with cupcakes but they play Alabama, LSU, Auburn (3 Top 10s) and A&M (lets face it will be out of Top 25 next week. I see ESPN has them at #104 as of now whereas it's #1 for the remainder of the season.

Posted: Mon Sep 23, 2019 3:45 pmI am so excited that we have Shane for 2 seasons. He's a tremendous upgrade from Hicks on pretty much every attribute that matters. Buechele is everything I thought we were getting when Gilbert (who ended up being very good) transferred, but is off to an even faster start.
