SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

As we should be, with the inside track to the access bowl and possibly the CFP if enough teams lose games they shouldn't lose.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but that screenshot also has Tennessee listed at 300-1... Tennessee???!!!

Tennessee? They literally have a 0% chance of winning the NC. They might win the D3 national title vs Mount Union.

SMU also has no chance however we very well could go undefeated!

Even if we went undefeated and beat everyone by 80, SMU still wouldn't be in the playoffs
